L2D

Affectionately known as L2D...this is the dream team of 12 cyclists from Oakhill School in Whalley Lancashire who battled the storms literally to raise a lot of money for Derain House children’s hospice in Chorley.

We had an amazing time and here are the links to our blogs created on the route summarising our daily challenges and adventures.

I will put some of the photos on here for you all to have a look through - I would highly recommend doing something like this if you get the chance as it was an incredible experience. My running legs Are still heavy and I am eagerly awaiting the return of any speed.

Back again to blogging

Well hello 2019 - as I can’t seem to access my old blog anymore because of a change of e mail I have had to restart. This isn’t a bad thing as I have lots of new and very exciting things coming up.

For those of you who don’t know me....
I run, I cycle, I love being outside.

My most recent achievement was cycling 970 miles from Lizard point in Cornwall to Dunnet head in the north of Scotland. This was an amazing experience and seems like a good place to start this blog from.
